If your credit card account is in a currency other than USD, you may be charged at a different exchange rate, and your credit card issuer may charge a foreign transaction fee. 4. Payment Capture

Upon checking out, your chosen payment method will be charged immediately in order to reserve your inventory and begin the fulfillment process. If you request a cancellation before the item is shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method immediately.
